Kannapolis eWarrants System
The Kannapolis Police Department uses the statewide eWarrants system for all arrest processes. This system is maintained by the North Carolina Judicial Branch. No paper criminal summons, warrants, or orders for arrest are kept at the local level. All legal arrest documents are created and stored in the system when a magistrate or other judicial official approves them.

The fee is $15 cash for Kannapolis residents and $25 cash for non-residents. A maximum of three cards per person will be done.
